Partnerships

HKA has been an authorized partner and reseller of PMWeb since 2010. HKA Tech is the largest implementing reseller of PMWeb globally.

Our PMWeb implementations have ranged from 5 users of the system to as many as 10,000+ Users. The design of PMWeb is highly scalable, provides easy to use configuration tools and many features ready to use “out of the box”. This design helps facilitate timely and affordable implementations for our PMWeb clientele. PMWeb is utilised by some of the world's largest private-sector and public-sector organisations.

WalkMe pioneered the Digital Adoption Platform and reimagines the online experience for every day users. WalkMe proactively enables users to engage with everything they need to quickly and correctly execute their jobs in their software without them needing to learn beforehand how to do it. WalkMe allows organisations to maximise technology investment whilst minimising their costs.

HKA has been an authorized WalkMe partner since 2019 and has certified configuration consultants. We have developed efficient and effective step by step instructions in WalkMe that guide users through their software systems. Clients for which HKA has implemented WalkMe for include the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), City of Spokane, City of Tempe, Ramsey County, JP Morgan Chase, Blattner Energy, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), the Government of Western Australia's Department of Communities and others.

HKA has configured WalkMe for a range of software applications, including PMWeb, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP Ariba and multiple "homegrown" CRM and HRM tools used by Fortune 500 Companies. In each case, WalkMe's powerful features have increased the speed of digital adoption within the client organisation; and reduced the costs of both training and other implementation/change management activities.

HKA was awarded an RFP with OMNIA Partners which allows public agencies to use the award to purchase PMWeb and WalkMe directly from HKA. OMNIA Partners allows public agencies to take advantage of "group purchasing contracts" to procure software and services more efficiently and quickly. See link here for the awarded RFP and how public agencies can purchase without having to go to RFP again.
