He oversees PMWeb implementations, provides expert advisory services, and has successfully delivered numerous projects for clients across various industries. Peter's expertise spans project management, architecture, and strategic advisory.

Majida Mansour

Majida has more than 20 years of experience implementing project management, project controls, and document management solutions for public and private agencies spanning multiple project types and delivery methods such as design-build, design-bid-build, CM at Risk, and higher education. She is experienced in the planning and implementation of various programme/project control systems, Including the evaluation of existing client/owner systems, and presenting the best fit information management system for each client/project team.  

Shuva Basu, PMP®

Project Delivery Manager

Holding a formal qualification in engineering and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in good standing, Shuva has end to end project management experience in Capital works Projects, IT & industrial automation solution implementation/roll-out, requirement analysis, commercial fit out, data centre, building services (MEP) and refurbishment projects.

Bringing 15 years of experience in managing capital development and implementing technology solutions, Travis is a licenced California Architect and a Microsoft technologies specialist. As a Business Analyst and Configuration Expert, he provides implementation and product expertise, supports PMWeb owners in defining feature priorities, and coordinates resources.

Jon Enser

Jon has over 20 years of experience partnering with organizations to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and measurable success. With expertise spanning multiple industries, Jon specializes in crafting data strategies that integrate diverse systems and leverage cutting-edge business intelligence tools. By aligning data assets with organizational goals, Jon delivers scalable solutions that enhance performance, foster innovation, and empower teams to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

Stephen is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner as well as a certified PMWeb Technician with over 12 years of experience in construction management. As a Business Analyst and Configuration Lead, he provides implementation expertise, leads configuration sessions, and manages consultant resources.

Patrick Mason, PMP®

Manager

Patrick oversees the Digital Adoption and Organizational Change Management services at HKA. He brings more than 10 years of software training experience to HKA and excels at creative solutions to software and learning problems. His clients have included banks, tech companies, cities and counties.
